Our verdict
That is $1,370.50 above the typical louvered pergola, $3,249.50 (median of 38 louvered pergolas). At 240 sq ft it works out to $19.25 per sq ft (price divided by covered area), about 3% above that type's $18.65 typical (same median). It is #2 of 36 in best louvered pergolas, #7 of 38 in large pergolas, #13 of 28 in pergolas for snow. It states a snow load of 19 lb/sq ft and a 6 year warranty.
The Paragon Outdoor Suprema Louvered Pergola 12' x 24' at $5,339.99 is $720 more and adds 48 sq ft, with the same wind rating and warranty. That is the obvious comparison, and it has the lower price per square foot ($18.54 against $19.25). The Paragon Outdoor Lugano Louvered Pergola 12' x 20' at $5,799.99 has the same 240 sq ft but a 4 year warranty and a 17 lb/sq ft snow load.
Choose it when 12 by 24 feet is too much space or too much money but you still want the Suprema's 6 year warranty. Most buyers who can stretch should step up to the 12' x 24'.
